Payment is due and non-refundable once services are completed.

Photo Ready: Client and home owner are responsible for the property being "photo-ready" before the photographer's arrival. If home is not ready when the photographer arrives and she needs to rescheduled, there will be a return fee.

If Photographer needs to return for additional photos for any reason there will be a new charge incurred.

Drone Notification: Client or home owner responsible for notifying neighbors of drone operations. This is not required by the FAA and is simply a courtesy.

Infringement. Any use beyond the terms of this Limited License, could constitute copyright infringement.

LICENSE INFORMATION: Photographer issues limited license for client to use the images under this contract in his or her MLS listing and in other promotional materials intended to sell the property under his/her current contract with the property owner. Those images may NOT be transferred or sold by the client in the event that the property does not sell under the terms of the current contract. Photos may not be used by sellers or owners of the home for any reason except personal keepsakes. Photos may be available and relicensed for use with another Client through the Photographer only upon review.
