?Will anyone else need or want to use any of these photos? This would be under COST SHARING. At Booking I offer Cost Sharing with other 3rd parties/company/business that plans to share or use any of these these photos on any platform. At this time, each additional Vendor is an additional 25% added on. After the session however, the cost sharing goes up a little. I do need to know intent ahead of time so I can plan how to best photograph the space to cover those involved. Please feel free to ask me more about this if needed.

Zillow Select - Do not book here for Zillow Select Showcase services. Please text 478-972-9933 for special booking.
Scheduling & Weather- You will be contacted if a time conflict or weather issue requires rescheduling. Arrival times are not guaranteed due to timing, travel, or weather conditions.
Payment- Payment is due upon or before completion of services and is non-refundable.
Photo Ready- The client and seller are responsible for ensuring the property is photo-ready prior to arrival. If a reschedule is required due to the home not being ready, a return trip fee may apply.
Drone Courtesy Notice- The client or homeowner is responsible for notifying neighbors of drone operations as a courtesy �¢?? this is not an FAA requirement.
Copyright & License- All images are issued under a limited license for use in the client's MLS listing and related marketing materials to sell the property. Images may not be transferred or sold. Relicensing for another client is available only through the photographer upon review. Unauthorized use may constitute copyright infringement.
