Photos have special attention to capturing space and size and also to the details throughout.

?Will anyone else need or want to use any of these photos? This would be under COST SHARING. At Booking I offer Cost Sharing with other 3rd parties/company/business that plans to share or use any of these these photos on any platform. At this time, each additional Vendor is an additional 25% added on. After the session however, the cost sharing goes up a little. I do need to know intent ahead of time so I can plan how to best photograph the space to cover those involved. Please feel free to ask me more about this if needed.

Thank you for booking! You will be contacted if there is a time conflict or bad weather for rescheduling. Times are NOT guaranteed if there is a timing, travel, or weather issue.
Please be aware for homes near WRAFB that Drone Services may not be available as FAA Waiver approvals are now up taking up to 60 days for certification.
Payment is due and NON-REFUNDABLE once services are completed.
Photo Ready: Client and seller are responsible for the property being "photo-ready" before arrival. If home is not ready upon arrival and a reschedule is needed, there may be a return fee.
Drone Notification: Client or home owner responsible for notifying neighbors of drone operations. This is not required by the FAA and is simply a courtesy.
Infringement. Any use beyond the terms of this Limited License, could constitute copyright infringement.
LICENSE INFORMATION: Photographer issues limited license for client to use the images under this contract in his or her MLS listing and in other promotional materials intended to sell the property under his/her current contract with the property owner. Those images may not be transferred or sold by the client under any circumstance. Photos may be available and relicensed for use with another Client through the Photographer only upon review.
