?Will anyone else need or want to use any of these photos? This would be under COST SHARING. At Booking I offer Cost Sharing with other 3rd parties/company/business that plans to share or use any of these these photos on any platform. At this time, each additional Vendor is an additional 25% added on. After the session however, the cost sharing goes up a little. I do need to know intent ahead of time so I can plan how to best photograph the space to cover those involved. Please feel free to ask me more about this if needed.
Air BNBs, VRBO and FSBO
Photos for this category are made differently than for Real Estate. They are made to show the space and the feel and depending on the area, to show the environment such as with homes on the beach, lake, in the woods and in cabins or in luxury locations. Photos have special attention to capturing space and size and also to the details throughout.

Booking Terms
By Booking, you agree to all terms for service. Photos will be delivered by midday the following day. Video will be delivered by the following Nite as well as any Twilight Conversions.
Terms of Booking
I do not guarantee any specified number of photos to be delivered for any home. Photos taken are to represent the home to its best. Refunds are not available for completed work.
License and Copyright Agreement
Robin Gatti Photography issues a LIMITED LICENSE for client to use images and media in his or her MLS listing and in other promotional materials intended to sell the property under his/her current contract with the property owner while the listing is ACTIVE only. Photos should never be edited or altered. Images may not be transferred/referred/given or sold to subsequent listing agents or anyone else in the event that the property does not sell under the terms of the current contract. Only the photographer may relicense photos if or as needed. Images are not for use by anyone other than the Listing Agent(s).
Return Visit Fee
RAIN DELAYS and Return Visits Due to Weather or Readiness: If on the day of our session, the weather does not permit me to take exterior photos, there will be a fee for a return visit starting at $20 for Macon and slightly more for further destinations. Also if I need to return to reshoot a home due to any changes - it will be the same cost for the visit as the work is the same. If I am only doing a partial home then that cost will be adjusted.
